Ingredients:
1 handful of meadowsweet
1/4 liter boiling water
1 teaspoon witch hazel water
Pot or bowl
fine sieve, linen cloth or filter
Bottle
Preparation:
Put the meadowsweet in a pot and pour the boiling water over it. Then let the whole thing cool down and then strain it through a fine sieve, linen cloth or filter. Mix the meadowsweet broth with the witch hazel water and pour into bottles. Don't forget to label it with your name and date.
Application:
For external use on the skin.
