Ingredients:
1 handful of lungwort leaves
high proof alcohol
Glass
fine sieve
Amber glass bottle with dropper or pipette
Preparation:
Crush the lungwort leaves and put them in a glass. Then add the high-proof alcohol to the glass and pour over the leaves so that they are well covered. Now place in a warm place for 3 weeks and shake occasionally.
After 3 weeks, the whole thing can be strained through a fine sieve, squeezing out the leaves well. Then pour the essence into brown glass bottles and label it with the name and date.
Application:
Lungwort essence for internal use, use dropwise.
