Ingredients:
100 g fresh lovage
50g parsley
500 ml water
50g salt
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon locust bean gum
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Pot
filter
bottles
Preparation:
First, wash the fresh lovage and parsley, shake them out a little and then chop them finely. Put the finely chopped herbs in a pot with the salt and then pour over the water. Bring the whole thing to the boil, then reduce the temperature and continue to simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes with the lid closed.
After 20 minutes, remove the pot from the heat and filter the herbal salt water through a filter. Squeeze the herbs well. Now add sugar and soy sauce to the herbal salt water to taste and stir in the locust bean gum and let it swell briefly.
Now the lovage food spice can be poured into bottles and labeled with the name and date. Constantly use the Maggi substitute.
Fits everything where Maggi has been used.
