Ingredients:
50 g dried herb
250 ml fruit or grain brandy approx. 40%
250 ml boiled, cold water
Jar with screw cap
Sieve, linen cloth or filter
Pot
Brown glass bottle
Preparation:
Crush loosestrife a little and pour the fruit or grain brandy over it in a glass. Leave the prepared tincture at room temperature for 14 days. Shake the closed jar lightly every day. When the time is over, the herb is strained through a sieve, linen cloth or filter, but not thrown away!
The strained herb is now poured with boiled, cold water. Leave to act briefly and strain again through a sieve, linen cloth or filter. Express the herb well.
Now all you have to do is mix the alcohol extract with the water extract, stir well and can now be filled into brown glass bottles.
Application:
Drink 2 cl or 1/2 shot twice a day.
