Flax or linseed is an annual plant. While it is rarely found growing in the wild, it is quite easy to purchase a cultivated plant or grow one yourself. The mature plant is 90 to 120 cm high. A loose cluster of blue-purple, stalked flowers grows at the tips of the branching stems. Each 2 to 2.5 cm wide flower has 5 ovate petals surrounded by 5 erect, blue-colored stamens with a green ovary. The 5 sepals are lance-shaped. Flax has simple, alternate, upright green leaves that are 1.25 to 3.75 cm long and very narrow. They are stalkless and have smooth edges. The stems are mostly unbranched and erect and have several round, smooth stems growing from the base. The fruit of flax is a round, dry, 5-lobed capsule 0.75 to 1.25 cm in diameter.

🛑 Attention!!! The linseed mucus binds other substances to itself, so do not take medicines at the same time, as they may become ineffective. Keep a distance of at least 1 hour or ask your doctor or pharmacist straight away to be on the safe side!!! Drink plenty of water when taking flaxseed.

Flaxseed is rich in fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids and other nutrients, so it is also used as a dietary supplement.

In the love oracle, the flax is scattered on St. Andrew's Night (November 30th), Thomas Night (December 21st), Christmas Night (December 25th) or New Year's Night (December 31st). under the pillow, then the future spouse appears. Flaxseed seeds in the shoes protect against magic.

For constipation, take 2 tablespoons of linseed, coarsely ground and taken with about 1/4 liter of water. Please do not leave it standing, it should not swell, this should only happen in the intestines. The first success occurs after about 3 days. Please also remember to drink enough!!!

Flax seeds contain many important minerals and vitamins such as fluorine, iodine, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamin E. 100 grams of flax seeds contain 36 grams of fiber. This makes them one of the most effective remedies for constipation.
