Jiagulan Tincture (Herb of Immortality)


Jiagulan tincture

Ingredients:

1 handful of dried leaves and stems

high proof alcohol (white wine is also possible)


Glass

fine sieve

Amber glass bottle with dropper or tweezers


Preparation:

Place the dried leaves and stems of the herb of immortality in a glass and pour high-proof alcohol over them. The alcohol should be 2 fingers high above the plant material. Then let it set for 14 days and shake daily.


After 2 weeks, the tincture can be filtered through a fine sieve and poured into brown glass bottles. Don't forget your name and date.


Application:

To be taken internally, up to 30 drops divided daily. Jiagulan tincture lasts for several years when mixed with schnapps; with wine it should be used up regularly.
