Icelandic moss tincture

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons of Icelandic moss

10 times the amount of grain or fruit schnapps


Glass

Filters

Amber glass bottle with pipette or dropper


Preparation:

The Icelandic moss is prepared with 10 times the amount of grain or fruit schnapps. To do this, put the herb in a glass and pour the grain or fruit schnapps over it. Then let it stand for 14 days and then strain it through a coffee filter. The tincture can then be poured into brown glass bottles. Don't forget to label it with your name and date.


Application:

The Icelandic moss tincture for internal use, take 20 drops up to 3 times a day
