Ingredients:
1 handful of fresh horsetail
0.7 liters of white wine
Pot

Preparation:
Put the fresh horsetail in a pot and pour the white wine over it. Then bring the whole thing to the boil and then let it stand for 1 week.
After 7 days, the horsetail is filtered through a filter and poured into a bottle. Label with name and date and use the wine as soon as possible.
Application:
A glass of horsetail wine is drunk after meals.
