Horehound wine


Horehound

Ingredients:

20 g dried sprout tips

100 ml red wine 25%


Preparation:

Put the dried horehound sprout tips (20 g = approx. 1 tablespoon) and the red wine in a glass with a screw cap. Leave to stand at room temperature for approx. 8 days, shaking the jar from time to time. After these 8 days, strain the sprout tips and pour them into a bottle.


Application:

Take up to 3 tablespoons of horehound wine tincture daily.
