Herbal yogurt

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of cress

2 tablespoons parsley

2 tablespoons of dill

1 clove of garlic

1 teaspoon horseradish

1 tablespoon lemon juice

500 g yoghurt, full fat level

Salt

black pepper


Bowl

Garlic press

Glasses


Preparation:

Cut the cress, parsley and dill into small pieces and grate the horseradish. Then put the yogurt, chopped cress, parsley and dill in a bowl. Add the grated horseradish, the tablespoon of lemon juice and the garlic pressed through a garlic press. Mix all ingredients together well and season with salt and pepper.


Now pour the herbal yogurt into jars and close tightly. Don't forget to label it with your name and date.


Also tastes great with grilled meat or jacket potatoes.


Application:

Eat at least 2 glasses of herbal yogurt per day.
