Herbal salt for all fatty dishes

Ingredients:

3 parts sea salt

2 parts thyme

1 part rosemary

1 part mugwort


Mortar or coffee or spice grinder


Preparation:

All ingredients are ground together in a mortar or ground in a coffee or spice grinder. Then pour into a salt shaker, glass, etc. and store in a cool, dry place.


The herbal salt can be used with all fatty dishes, for example roast goose.
