Ingredients:
200 g dried heather
1 liter of high-proof alcohol
If that's too much for you, you can take half the amount:
100 g dried heather
500 ml high proof alcohol
Glass
fine sieve, linen cloth or filter
Amber glass bottle with dropper cap or pipette
Preparation:
Put the dried heather in a glass and pour the high-proof alcohol over it. Leave in a dark place for 5 weeks and shake occasionally.
After 5 weeks, the mixture can be strained through a fine sieve, linen cloth or filter and poured into brown glass bottles. Don't forget to label it with your name and date. Done.
The heather tincture remains rich in active ingredients for several years.

The tincture combines with harmful radioactive radiation in the body and excretes it. (I can only guess whether this is really the case.)
