Ingredients:
350 g honey
1 pinch of powdered cinnamon
1 pinch of clove powder
2 tablespoons powdered heather
1 liter of any fruit schnapps
1/2 liter arrack
Pot
Coffee filter
Bottles
Preparation:
Let the honey become liquid in a pot over low heat. Then add the cinnamon, clove powder and powdered heather. Finally add the fruit schnapps and the arrack and let everything get hot until it bubbles up. Stir everything well, let cool and strain through a coffee filter. Now everything can be bottled. Don't forget to label it with your name (heather drink) and date, done.
