Ingredients:
80 g wholemeal spelled flour
50g oat flakes
50 g sunflower seeds
40 g flaxseed flour
40 g millet
20 g finely grated Parmesan
20 g tomato paste
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon rose pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
300 ml water

Preparation:
Put the wholemeal spelled flour, the oat flakes, the sunflower seeds, the linseed flour, the millet, the Parmesan, the tomato paste, the herbs oregano and rosemary, the rose pepper and the salt in a bowl. Now preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat and prepare a baking tray with baking paper.
Then, using a hand mixer, add the olive oil and water to the bowl and continue stirring until a smooth, sticky dough is formed. Place the dough on the baking tray lined with baking paper and use the spatula to spread the dough over the entire baking tray. It should be distributed evenly.
Place the finished baking tray in the stove/oven and let it bake for approx. 10 minutes at the degree specified above.
After the 10 minutes, cut the dough the way you want to eat it later, as squares or triangles. Then bake the dough for another 30 minutes at around 120 degrees Celsius.
After about 30 minutes, let the Hearty pizza pastries cool down and store it airtight.
