Heart wine after Hildegard of Bingen

Ingredients:

7 to 10 stalks of parsley

1/4 kg honey

some wine vinegar

1 liter of white or red wine


Preparation:

The wine is boiled in a pot with the parsley and a few tablespoons of vinegar for about 1/4 hour until bubbling. Then the honey is added and heated again. Now strain everything through a fine sieve and pour into a bottle. Don't forget to label with the date and name.


Application:

Drink 1 to 2 small liqueur glasses a day from the heart wine according to Hildegard von Bingen.
