Ingredients:
Hazelnut buds
Glycerin from the pharmacy
screw-top jar
filter
Brown glass bottle
Preparation:
Place the hazelnut buds in the screw-top jar and pour the glycerin over them so that everything is well covered. Then let it stand for 10 days and move it occasionally.
After 10 days the whole thing can be filtered through a filter. Before use, dilute 1:10 with distilled water and pour into an amber glass bottle. Don't forget to label with the date and name.
The finished medicines from the pharmacy are usually mixed with around 5% alcohol to ensure shelf life. Glycerin is a type of alcohol, a trivalent, it tastes sweet. Glycerin is contained in vegetable and animal fats and is a food additive E 422.
Application:
Use the hazelnut bud essence drop by drop.
