Hawthorn tincture

Ingredients:

Hawthorn flowers and/or hawthorn berries

high-proof alcohol such as fruit brandy or grain schnapps


Screw glass

Filters

Brown glass bottle


Preparation:

Put the hawthorn blossoms and/or hawthorn berries in a glass and pour twice as much fruit brandy or grain schnapps over them. Close the screw-top jar and let it steep for at least 14 days.


After approximately 2 weeks, the tincture can be filtered through a filter and filled into brown glass bottles. Don’t forget to label it with your name and date.


Application:

Apply the hawthorn tincture drop by drop
