In wine-growing areas and hedges, in parks, botanical gardens.


Ingredients:

all essential amino acids, polysaccharides, essential fatty acids, carotenoids, vitamins C, B1, B2, B3, all trace elements, ellagic acid, over 100 bioactive substances


Miscellaneous:

☕ Tea: Add 1 teaspoon of dried berries to 1 cup of water or milk and bring to the boil for 5 minutes. Strain or puree in a blender. 3 cups daily.


The tiny, oil-rich kernels of the goji / common fenugreek are eaten or processed. Discard unripe fruits as they may have undesirable side effects.


The dried berries are used in muesli or as a snack.
