Gentian wine

Ingredients:

60 g gentian root

20 g unsprayed grapefruit peels

20 g willow bark

20 g nettle leaves

1 liter of red wine


Glass with lid or preserving jar

fine sieve or filter

dark bottle


Preparation:

Cut the gentian root finely. Then put the gentian root, grapefruit peel, willow bark and nettle leaves in a preserving jar and pour the red wine over them. Then let it stand for 1 week.


After a week, everything can be strained through a fine sieve or filter and poured into a dark bottle. Label the gentian wine with your name and date.


Application:

1 liqueur glass daily
