Ingredients:
1/2 bulb of garlic
1 liter sunflower or olive oil

Preparation:
Divide half the garlic bulb into cloves and then peel them off. Then roughly chop the cloves and fill them into a bottle. Then add the sunflower or olive oil and close tightly.
After 1 week of steeping, the garlic salad oil can be used continuously. Most of the active ingredients in the garlic will be transferred into the oil.
