Ingredients:
600g beans
3 cloves of garlic
50g butter
2 small sprigs of savory
Salt
black pepper
1 pinch of sugar
Garlic press
Pan with lid
Preparation:
Clean the beans and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Peel the garlic cloves and press them through a press.
Heat the butter in a high pan and lightly fry the beans. Add garlic, savory, salt, black pepper and sugar. Pour in 100 ml of water and cook until al dente, stirring several times, with the lid half open.
Serve the garlic butter beans as a side dish.
