🛑 Be careful! Some people are sensitive to large amounts of garlic and may experience mild gastrointestinal irritation or sleep disorders. Anyone taking medication that inhibits blood clotting or HIV patients should consult their doctor. You should also avoid garlic if you are having an operation or giving birth, as the bleeding time is prolonged. Please avoid this when breastfeeding, as everything you eat is given to the baby through milk and the infant does not yet have a fully developed digestive system.

So that a small child who has been praised is not bewitched by unfavorable spirits, one must use “garlic, garlic”. call. Anyone who carries garlic in their pocket on New Year's Eve is able to see ghosts. As has often been seen in films, there is a persistent belief in Romania that garlic protects against vampires. In general, garlic protects against hexes and evil in general.

In garlic there is the sulfur-containing compound allicin, which develops protection against predators.

Did you know that after eating garlic, viruses, bacteria, fungi or parasites cannot spread in the tissue? The allicin it contains is an antibacterial and antifungal (antifungal) active ingredient. Many people are now resistant to common antibiotics, but are hardly immune to allicin.

The sulfur-containing compound allicin causes the odor on the hands, fingers and mouth. Since we also like to eat garlic, I would say again, “You have mouth farts.” 😂. Bad breath lasts up to 24 hours or more after consuming garlic. If you want to get rid of it, you can try eating a glass of milk, parsley or lemon. The smell of garlic also penetrates the skin. It would help to sweat a lot and drink a lot of non-alcoholic drinks to get the smell out of your body. I also have an idea: if you consume garlic regularly, you will eventually smell less of the sulfur compound.
