Ingredients:
large amount of cress
4 trout
Lemon juice
Salt
Oil or melted butter
Aluminium foil

Preparation:
Gem the trout, wash them thoroughly and season with lemon juice and salt. Brush 4 sufficiently large pieces of aluminum foil with oil or melted butter, then place the trout on top and cover the inside and outside with plenty of cress. Stuff the trout with it. Then fold together the aluminum foil and cook in the oven at around 200 degrees Celsius for 1/2 hour. Potatoes taste best with the fish with cress.
