Fig syrup

Ingredients:

3/4 sugar

1/2 liter of water

1 lemon - lemon juice

1 kg of figs (they should already have color on the inside)


Pot

Pure blender

Bottles or jars


Preparation:

In a pot, add the sugar, water and the juice of a lemon. Now bring to the boil until the liquid has reduced slightly and the sugar has dissolved.


Now wash the figs, cut them into several pieces and puree them. Then add it to the sugar syrup and bring to the boil again. It can then be poured into bottles or jars. Don't forget to label it with your name and date.


Application:

Take 1 tablespoon of the fig syrup at a time.
