Ingredients:
1 to 2 young, curled fern shoots
high-proof alcohol (fruit brandy or grain schnapps)
screw-top jar
fine sieve, linen cloth or filter
Brown glass bottle(s)
Preparation:
Chop up the young, rolled fern shoots and place them in a screw-top jar. Then pour the high-proof alcohol, for example fruit brandy or grain schnapps, over it and leave it closed at room temperature for 5 days.
After the specified time, the tincture can be strained through a fine sieve, linen cloth or filter and the tincture can be poured into brown glass bottles. Squeeze out the fern well. Don’t forget to label it with your name and date.
Application:
The fern tincture is only intended for external use! In the form of compresses or in a foot bath.
