Ingredients:
20 g ground fennel seeds
10 g Gagant powder
5 g diptam powder
2.5g. Hawkweed powder

Preparation:
Mix the ground fennel seeds together with the galangal powder, the diptam powder and the hawkweed powder well in a bowl. Then pour everything into a jar with a lid or etc.
Application:
Add 3 pinches, which are about 2 knife tips, into a 4 cl shot glass full of wine, which should be slightly warmed. Then mix the wine and the fennel mixed powder well so that there is no sediment left in the glass. Drink after lunch or dinner.
