Echinacea tincture

Ingredients:

dried root

Fruit brandy or grain schnapps


Glass

filter

Brown glass bottle with dropper or pipette


Preparation:

Put the echinacea root in fruit brandy or grain schnapps in a ratio of 1:5 and let it stand for 10 days.


After the 10 days, the tincture can be strained through a filter and poured into an brown glass bottle with a dropper or pipette. Don't forget to label it with your name and date.


Application:

The echinacea tincture is to be taken internally, drop by drop.
