Dandelion liqueur

Ingredients:

40 dandelion flowers

1/2 liter of high-proof grain or fruit schnapps

1/4 kg brown sugar

1/2 liter of water


Glass with lid

Coffee filter

Pot

Bottle


Preparation:

The dandelion flowers are placed in a glass and poured with high-proof grain or fruit schnapps. Close the jar tightly and leave it in the kitchen for 2 weeks. Shake occasionally.


After 14 days, the whole thing is strained through a coffee filter.

Now take a pot and let the brown sugar and water boil on the stove to form a syrup. Then remove the pot from the heat and mix both liquids. Then pour into bottles and label with name and date. Let the syrup stand for a while before you can use it.


Application:

Take the dandelion liqueur for internal use, teaspoonful.
