Ingredients:
250 dandelion flowers
1 liter of water
1kg sugar
1 lemon
Pot
fine sieve
Glasses
Preparation:
Put the 250 yellow dandelion flowers in 1 liter of water in a pot and bring to the boil briefly. Then let it stand at least overnight.
Then strain the flowers through a sieve and add sugar and the squeezed lemon to the broth. Stir the mixture well and simmer slowly at a low or medium temperature for about 2 hours until it has the right consistency.
Then fill it warm into glasses, screw it on and you're done.
Tip:
Collect the dandelion flowers from an unsprayed meadow that is not on the road.
Our children always had a lot of fun collecting the flowers. Team Dad and Team Mom is always fun.
