Ingredients:
2 to 3 medium fresh roots
1/4 liter of grain schnapps or fruit brandy
Glass with lid
fine sieve
Brown glass bottle
Preparation:
The dandelion roots are cut into small pieces and placed in a glass. Then pour the grain schnapps or fruit brandy over it and let it stand for 2 weeks. Shake occasionally.
After 14 days, the dandelion roots can be passed through a fine sieve or strained and poured into an brown glass bottle. Don't forget to label it with your name and date.
The tincture is prepared from the dried parts of the plant.
Application:
The dandelion essence for internal use, take a tablespoon at least 3 times during the day.
