Ingredients:

1 handful of daisy leaves and flowers

1 handful of celandine leaves before flowering

1 handful of sorrel leaves

1 medium onion

Olive oil

1/4 kg cream cheese

Salt

Pepper

Lemon juice

Preparation:

Wash the daisy leaves and flowers, the celandine leaves and the sorrel leaves thoroughly and chop finely with a chopping knife. Then finely dice the medium-sized onion and fry it in a little olive oil.


Now put the finely chopped leaves and the finely diced onion in a bowl and add the cream cheese. Season with a little salt, pepper and lemon juice and add the daisy spread to taste.
