Mustard oil glycosides, essential oil, vitamins, bitter substances, lepidin


Other:

☕ Tea: Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of cress and let it steep for 10 minutes. Then strain and drink 2 to 3 cups daily.


All types of cress, watercress, nasturtium, but also garden cress, contain herbal antibiotics. They are highly germicidal.


🛑 Be careful if you have a weak stomach!! The cress tastes hot and spicy.


Cress goes well on cold plates, on sausage and cheese sandwiches, on cream cheese, with sheep and goat products and with radishes. In winter, when watercress is not available, you can eat fresh cress whenever you feel tired or exhausted.


The plant has a high proportion of calcium.
