Cranesbill wine

Ingredients:

250 g fresh cranesbill herb

500 ml red wine


Glass or ceramic vessel

filter

Bottle with cork or snap cap


Preparation:

Cut the fresh cranesbill herb into small pieces and place it in a glass or ceramic container and pour the red wine over it. Leave in a warm place for 2 weeks and move occasionally.

After 14 days, the whole thing can be filtered through a filter and poured into a bottle with a cork or snap cap. Don’t forget to label it with your name and date.


Application:

Drink the Cranesbill wine by the glass.
