Comfrey oil


2 handfuls of comfrey leaves

100 ml marigold or St. John's wort oil extract

5 drops of rose essential oil or/and

5 drops of lemon essential oil


Juice about 2 handfuls of comfrey leaves and get about 1 tablespoon of juice. Shake the comfrey juice with the marigold or St. John's wort oil extract in a glass. For a good scent, you should add either rose essential oil, lemon essential oil or both. then shake the glass again.

The oil can be used immediately and lasts about 3 weeks.

Shake vigorously before use.

Tip: If you don't have a juicer, you can also use this application:

Cover herb leaves with water so that they are just covered and let stand for at least 3 to 4 hours. After this time, strain with a blender and then strain through a sieve or filter, for example. Finally, squeeze out the residue. The liquid that you have now collected or squeezed out is the herbal juice.
