Cold tincture

Ingredients:

  • sage

  • hyssop

  • thyme

  • Ribwort plantain

  • Alcohol (at least 40%)


Preparation:

Put all the herbs in a jar, cover with alcohol and let stand for about 10 days, tossing occasionally. Drain and fill into brown bottles with a drip.



Helps with infections of the upper respiratory tract (bronchitis, colds, coughs, asthma), strengthens the immune system, inflammation of the tonsils, oral mucus and gums, menstrual and digestive problems, bad breath, cystitis,


antispasmodic, pain relieving, anti-inflammatory

antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal


Not recommended for pregnant women, epileptics, liver and thyroid dysfunction
