Christmas tea

Ingredients:

100 g dried rose hips

100 g apple peel

1 g cinnamon

1 g cloves

1/4 liter of water


Mortar

Bowl


Preparation:

Take equal parts of the dried rose hips and apple peel with cinnamon stick. Extrapolate from 1g of cinnamon if you use a cinnamon stick so that you have more of the tea mixture.


Crush the cinnamon stick and cloves in a mortar, chop the rose hips and apple peel into small pieces and mix well together in a bowl.


Take 1 teaspoon of the mixture per 1/4 liter of water, pour boiling water over it and let it steep for about 5 to 10 minutes.


Then strain and enjoy the Christmas tea.
