Chicory honey

Ingredients:

1 part freshly picked flowers

3 parts brown sugar


Ceramic mortar

2 glasses

fine sieve


Preparation:

The chicory flowers are placed in the mortar and mixed with the sugar and crushed. Then put the crushed flowers and sugar in a glass and place it in the sun.


When the sugar has completely dissolved, the sugar mixture is strained through a fine sieve and poured into another glass. Don't forget to label it with your name and date.


The resulting honey can be stored for a long time.


Application:

The chicory honey to be taken internally, teaspoon by teaspoon.
