Now leave it closed in the warmth for about 4 to 5 weeks. Shake it up again and again.
After 4 to 5 weeks, strain through a fine sieve and measure the liquid. Now for 1/2 liter of alcohol there is a sugar syrup made from 150 g of sugar and 1/4 liter of water.
