Cellulite cream


Cellulite cream

Ingredients:

20 g ivy leaves

100 ml 40% alcohol100 g cocoa butter


Screw glass

fine sieve, linen cloth or filter

Brown glass bottle

2 pots (large and small)

Cream jar


Preparation:

First you prepare a tincture. To do this, place the ivy leaves in a screw-top jar and pour the alcohol over them. Now let the closed screw-top jar with the ivy leaves and the alcohol steep in a warm place for 10 days. Shake daily.


After 10 days, the whole thing can be strained through a fine sieve, linen cloth or filter and poured into an brown glass bottle. Don't forget to label it with your name and date.


Now melt the cocoa butter in a warm water bath (fill a large pot with water so that a smaller pot fits in - the butter then goes into the small pot) and add the ivy tincture drop by drop and stir. As long as the fat accepts the liquid. The cocoa butter must not curdle. Then pour into cream jars and let cool.


The cream should be prepared fresh daily. A compromise would be to add the daily amount of body milk, essence or fresh ivy juice (note: see Caution with ivy).


Application:

The cellulite cream to apply to the skin.
