Cardamom tincture

Ingredients:

10 green cardamom pods

1/4 liter of high-proof alcohol


Screw glass

Filters

Brown glass bottle


Preparation:

Roughly grind the cardamom pods in a mortar and then pour the high-proof alcohol over them. Leave closed in the warmth for 3 weeks.


After 3 weeks, the whole thing can be filtered through a filter and poured into an brown glass bottle. Don’t forget to label it with your name and date.


Application:

Suitable as a seasoning in various dishes, but is also a digestive aid. Take 20 drops of cardamom tincture with food.
