Ingredients:
2 handfuls of caraway seeds
1 bottle of vinegar
fine sieve

Preparation:
The caraway seeds are allowed to trickle into 1 bottle of vinegar and then placed in a warm place for 3 days. After the 3 days it is strained through a fine sieve and poured into another bottle. Don't forget to label it with your name and date.
Don't throw away the caraway when straining!!! Then let this dry.
Application:
The caraway vinegar goes well with all herb dishes and especially with a good coleslaw. Use the vinegar constantly.
Chew 1/2 teaspoon of the dried caraway seeds every evening until everything is used up.
