Caraway tincture

Ingredients:

2 heaped teaspoons of caraway seeds

125 ml high proof alcohol (60%)


Glass

Coffee filter

Amber glass bottle with dropper or pipette


Preparation:

Put the caraway seeds in a glass and pour the high-proof alcohol over it. Then place it in the blazing sun for 10 days and move it occasionally.


After the 10 days, it can be strained through a coffee filter and poured into an brown glass bottle with a dropper or pipette. Don’t forget to label it with your name and date.


Application:

Use up to 30 drops of caraway tincture internally.


Can help/Helps with:

Feeling of fullness, flatulence, cramps in the intestinal area


If you want, you can also prepare the tincture with wine. For this you need 125 ml of wine. Drink the tincture one glass at a time and use it regularly. The shelf life is less long.


Attention: Alcohol is not for children, young people, pregnant women and drivers!!!
