Caraway liqueur

Ingredients:

100 g caraway seeds

1/4 kg white rock sugar

1 liter fruit schnapps


Mortar

Glass

Coffee filter


Preparation:

Crush the caraway seeds with a mortar and place in a glass or container with the rock candy and fruit schnapps and mix well. Leave the glass jar in the sun for 3 weeks. Shake occasionally.


After 3 weeks, when the sugar has completely dissolved, filter the liquid through a coffee filter. The liquid is then bottled and the caraway liqueur is left to stand for another week. Don't forget to label it with your name and date.


Attention: Alcohol is not for children, young people, pregnant women and drivers!!!
