Calamus tincture

Ingredients:

200 g cleaned root

1 liter grain schnapps


Screw glass

Filters

Brown glass bottle


Preparation:

Place the cleaned, chopped root in a screw-top jar and pour the grain schnapps over it. Then leave it in the warmth for 10 days and shake it daily.


After 10 days, the whole thing can be filtered through a filter and poured into brown glass bottles. Don't forget to label it with the date and name.


Application:

Take 15 to 20 drops of the calamus tincture in water 3 times a day.
