Ingredients:
Burdock root and leaves
Wine spirit
Screw glass
Filters
Amber glass bottle with dropper or pipette
Preparation:
The burdock root and leaves are crushed, the juice is squeezed out and double the amount of alcohol is added in a screw-top glass. The jar is placed in the warmth and shaken daily for 2 weeks.
After 14 days, you can filter it and pour the tincture into an brown glass bottle with a dropper or pipette. Don’t forget to label it with your name and date.
Application:
Take 4 to 5 drops of burdock tincture into sugar or water 2 to 3 times a day.
