Saponins with medicagenic acid, gypsogenic acid, herniarin, flavonoids (quercetin), coumarins


Other:

☕ Tea: 1 tablespoon of smooth rupturewort is left to stand overnight in 1/4 liter of cold water for at least 12 hours. Then warmed slightly and strained. You can drink up to 3 cups a day.
