☕ Tea: 1 tablespoon of smooth rupturewort is left to stand overnight in 1/4 liter of cold water for at least 12 hours. Then warmed slightly and strained. You can drink up to 3 cups a day.

The smooth rupturewort is a magical talisman against all evil wishes that want something to break.

The bald Herniaria glabra and the hairy herb, Herniaria hirsula, grow in many gardens, but not as a medicinal plant, but as a wintergreen and easy-care lawn replacement (ground cover). Most of the time, the garden owner doesn't even know that he has an excellent medicinal plant in front of him.
