Ingredients:
1 part crushed root
5 parts high-proof grain schnapps or fruit schnapps
Jar with screw cap
Sieve, linen cloth or filter
Brown glass bottle with drip insert
Preparation:
Cut the root into small pieces and place in a jar with a screw lid. Pour the grain schnapps or fruit schnapps over the roots and place in a warm place for about 2 weeks.
When the time is over, the tincture can be strained through a sieve, linen cloth or filter and poured into brown glass bottles with a dropper insert.
Application:
Take 20 drops on a little sugar several times a day.
