Benedict thistle tincture

Ingredients:

2 handfuls of fresh or 1 handful of dried herbs (flowers and leaves)

high quality alcohol


Glass

Sieve, linen cloth or filter

Brown glass bottle with drip insert


Preparation:

Add the herb to the glass and then pour the alcohol over it. So that the herb is well covered.

Place the glass jar in a sunny place for 8 weeks. After this time, the Benedict thistle herb is strained through a sieve, linen cloth or filter. Squeeze the cabbage well again and then everything can be poured into an brown glass bottle with a drip insert.
