Ingredients:
1 liter of good white wine
2 whole plants of basil
Glass
Sieve, linen cloth or filter
Preparation:
Only the leaves and stems of the basil plants are needed. These are cut into small pieces and placed in a glass. Now add the white wine over it and then close the glass. The brew is left to stand at room temperature for 3 days and then strained using a sieve, linen cloth or filter. The basil wine can now be bottled. It should be stored dark and cool.
Application:
Drink a glass of liqueur before and after eating.
