Basil sauce


2 large bunches of basil

cold pressed olive oil

2 large cloves of garlic


Strip the leaves from the bunch of basil. The stems are not needed. Briefly wash the basil leaves.

Put the oil in a blender and mix the peeled, finely chopped garlic cloves at the highest level. Then add the basil leaves and mix again. Now everything can be filled into jars and stored in the refrigerator.


For pasta, on baguette slices and so on.

Lasts about 3 weeks in the fridge
